2011 MUMS THE WORD CHALK WALK RULES AND REGISTRATION
Where: Wiley Art Center, 1402 J St. Bedford
When: September 3, 2011
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM Judging and Prizes at 2:00 PM
There will be ribbons awarded to all entrants. First, second and third place winners in each age group will receive an 8’x10’ photo of their work, ribbon and a cash award. A grand champion will be chosen to compete in a multi-county competition in Spencer, Indiana on June 24, 2012.
Open to all ages but areas will be assigned by age group. No profanity, advertising or sexually explicit subjects are permitted. Only the chalk provided may be used for the drawing.
You may choose to work in one assigned square or add additional squares adjacent to each other at the cost of $5 for each additional square.
You may work as an individual or as a team. Team members must be in the same age group.
Pre-register by mail (Lawrence County Art Association PO Box 1074 Bedford, IN 47421)and include $5.00 registration fee or register the day of the event beginning at 9:00 am and ending at 10:00 am. Register with your friends for a fun day!

Be sure to use sun screen. Wear a hat to provide protection from sunburn and lessen the sun’s glare as you work. Knee pads or cushions are highly recommended.
